My Courses

A complete list of every course you've joined, saved, or completed. See your progress at a glance and continue where you left off.

What's on your My Courses page

Click My Courses from your dashboard or the Manage menu. You'll see three sections:

  • In Progress: Courses you've started but not finished. Sorted by when you last worked on them.
  • Saved: Courses you bookmarked but haven't joined yet. Keep these here for later.
  • Completed: Courses you've finished. You can revisit them anytime, but your final score is locked.

Understanding your progress

Each course card displays:

  • A progress bar showing how far through you are (percentage complete)
  • Your current score or grade (if the course has been graded)
  • How many classmates are also taking it
  • The instructor's name

Continuing a course

Click any course card to jump back in. My1Service remembers exactly where you stopped, so you'll resume at the last module or question you were working on.

Removing or unsaving a course

Hover over a course card and click the menu button (three dots) to see options:

  • Unsave — Remove it from your Saved section (doesn't unenroll you from joined courses)
  • Unenroll — Leave the course entirely (only available for in-progress courses)
Unenrolling removes your progress
If you unenroll from a course you've started, your progress is lost. You'll start fresh if you rejoin later. Completed courses can't be unenrolled.

Retaking a completed course

If you've completed a course but want to take it again (maybe to improve your score), you can rejoin it. Your old results stay in the system, but you'll work through the course again from the beginning with a fresh attempt.

Some organizations or instructors restrict retakes. If a course doesn't allow them, you'll see a message explaining why you can't retake it.

Filtering and sorting

At the top of the page, use the tabs to quickly switch between In Progress, Saved, and Completed courses. You can also search by course name or sort by date started, progress, or score.

Certificates

When you complete a course and meet the pass mark, your certificate is generated automatically. You'll see a link to download it on your completed course card. See Results & Certificates.

Course deadlines

If your organization or course has set a deadline, you'll see it on the course card. You can still work on the course after the deadline passes, but your completion might be marked as late. Contact your instructor if you have questions about a specific deadline.
