Reporting
View live organization-wide totals for members, courses, enrollments, completed attempts, certificates, and pass rate.
Who sees thisAdmins only — reporting is limited to the organization you are currently signed in to.
Open reporting
- 1Open Manage in the dashboard navigation.
- 2Select Reporting.
What the report shows
- Total members: learner accounts in the organization.
- Self-authored courses: courses the organization's team created.
- Platform courses: My1Service content included for the organization's plan.
- Total enrollments: every joined course; one person enrolled in several courses counts several times.
- Completed attempts and certificates issued: completed learner activity and passed attempts with a certificate.
- Pass rate: the share of completed attempts that passed their course threshold.
Read the totals carefully
Reporting is a summary rather than an individual learner or course report. An enrollment is not a completion, and a certificate count includes only passed attempts that produced a downloadable certificate.
No completed attempts
When no learner has completed an attempt yet, My1Service shows that there is no pass rate to calculate.
