Profile

View the account details and organization associated with the My1Service workspace you are currently using.

Open your profile

  1. 1Open the profile menu in the top-right of the dashboard.
  2. 2Choose Profile.

What Profile shows

The Profile page displays your full name, email address, and role. When the current workspace has organization branding, it also shows the organization name.

Change your password

The Profile page includes a link to Change password. Use that page when you need to update your sign-in password.

Editing account details

Editing your name or email address is not available from the current Profile page. Contact the organization administrator if your account details or role need attention.

Organization access
Profile shows the organization for the workspace you are signed in to; it is not an organization-switcher. To locate another organization where you have an account, use Find your organization.
