Signing In

How to log in to My1Service, reset a forgotten password, and self-register as a new member if your organization allows it.

Signing in to your organization

  1. 1Open your organization's address in your browser (e.g., orbit-tvet-college.my1service.com). The login page appears automatically.
  2. 2Enter the email address you signed up with.
  3. 3Enter your password.
  4. 4Click Sign in.
  5. 5You land on My Dashboard, customized for your role.
Bookmarking your organization
Keep your organization’s address bookmarked or saved in your password manager. It’s where you’ll always come back.

Signing in with an invite link

If you received an invite email, you don’t need to remember your address. Click the link in the email, and you land on the invitation flow that covers sign-up and activation in one step. See Accepting an Invite.

Self-registering as a member

If your organization allows member self-registration, you can sign up yourself from the login page. This option is only available if the admin has enabled it.

  1. 1Go to your organization's login page.
  2. 2Click Create now (visible only if self-registration is enabled).
  3. 3Enter your email and choose a password.
  4. 4Click Create account.
  5. 5You land in the dashboard as a member, ready to browse and join courses.
Check your organization's policy
Your organization's admin controls whether self-registration is available. If you don’t see Create now, ask your admin to enable it.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. 1Go to your organization's login page.
  2. 2Click Forgot password?.
  3. 3Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. 4Check your email for a reset link.
  5. 5Click the link, and enter a new password.
  6. 6You can now sign in with your new password.
Reset link expires after 24 hours
If the link stops working, go back to the forgot password page and request a new one.

Staying signed in

By default, you stay signed in for 30 days. If you check Remember me on the login page, the browser remembers your credentials — but your session still expires for security.

Signing out

Click the account menu (your initials in the top right), then Sign out. You’re immediately logged out and land on the login page.

Always sign out on a shared device
On a shared computer or phone, always sign out when you’re done. This prevents someone else from accessing your account.

Session timeouts

If you’re inactive for too long, you’ll be automatically signed out for security. You’ll need to sign in again, but no data is lost — your work is always saved.
